Project Spotlight: Engineered Bucket Elevator with integrated Screw Auger Conveyor
AE Gibsons has recently completed the successful design and build of a belt-driven Bucket Elevator paired with a Screw Auger Conveyor, delivering a reliable and efficient material handling solution for our customer.
Designed to perform in demanding conditions, the bucket elevator provides consistent vertical transport of bulk materials, handling everything from fine powders to coarse, abrasive products with ease. Its heavy-duty construction, precision belt tracking, and modular design ensure long service life, minimal maintenance, and dependable operation.
To complement the system, a screw auger conveyor was integrated to provide controlled and consistent metering of material into the elevator. This combination ensures smooth material flow, reduces spillage, and optimises overall system performance—particularly important in applications where accuracy and reliability are critical.
