Curtis Gibson – CEO.Curtis’s primary objective in this new role is to lead the company’s market expansion with additional products, services and new industry segments, supported by its manufacturing facilities and offices in Kendall, Coffs Harbour, Sydney and Melbourne.
Curtis has been part of the engineering and services industry since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience to his leadership role. He has served as General Manager at A.E. Gibson & Sons and played a key role in establishing and managing the company’s Service and Maintenance division. Before joining A.E. Gibson & Sons, Curtis was Lead Fleet Engineer – NSW Coal at Progress Rail and Project Manager – QLD Coal at Downer Rail. With his strong leadership and industry knowledge, Curtis is focused on driving the company’s growth in traditional and new markets.
Paul Harris – General Manager Operations
Paul Harris – General Manager OperationsPaul will join the Gibson team on 17th Feb 2025 as GM Operations. Paul’s role is focused on operational effectiveness of the Gibson manufacturing facilities and the Gibson Customer Service and Support operations across Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Paul will guide the development of engineering and skilled trade resources to support the expansion of the company’s award winning range of custom designed and engineered machinery, automation, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
Our new GM Operations has a background in leading heavy industrial projects and maintenance of critical rolling stock assets with Downer Engineering and Progress Rail/Caterpillar.
